It is specifically designed to wrap and fix flexible materials such as PVC, PU, leather or fabric onto the base materials of plastic parts like seat backrests, door panels and instrument panels. Before using the equipment again, evenly apply hot melt adhesive to the surface of the flexible material. Then place and fix the flexible material according to the position of the fixture on the lower fixture. Install the plastic parts such as the chair back plate on the upper fixture. Finally, start the equipment for hot-pressing and wrapping. Ensure that each product can achieve a smooth, firm and visually exquisite surface effect. Please note that the preheating step must be carried out before using the equipment.
