2.Machine structure manufacturing
       After the design is approved, the machine enters the manufacturing stage:
Steel frame cutting and manufacturing start in our sheet metal workshop
Structural welding and grinding ensure durability and dimensional accuracy
All racks undergo surface treatment before assembly


3.Precision machining of molds and tooling
       All core molds and welding fixtures are processed in-house to ensure assembly and surface treatment:
Use high-precision CNC machining centers, gantry milling machines and lathes
The tolerance of key components is as low as ±0.01 millimeters
All fixtures have been calibrated to ensure process repeatability and fast cycle times
4.Mechanical assembly and electrical integration
       The final assembly is carried out in our tidy and orderly production workshop:
Technicians assemble linear guides, cylinders, servo motors and mechanical arms
Electrical engineers are responsible for wiring, I/O setup, PLC programming and HMI interface configuration
Installation and testing of pneumatic and vacuum systems
5.Debugging and system testing
       We conduct full-cycle no-load operation and actual welding tests using customer parts:
Process verification and fine-tuning of welding parameters
Functional testing of sensors, vision systems and safety interlock devices
A comprehensive FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) report will be provided before shipment
6.Delivery, installation and after-sales service
After the test is completed, the machine will be prepared for export in protective packaging.
