Working principle:
The machine integrates the punching and welding processes in the same machine for fast and accurate processing through ultrasonic technology. The device places the bumper in the tire membrane, first performs ultrasonic punching (accuracy 0.1mm, no damage to the paint), and automatically switches to the welding mode after punching, and ultrasonic welding is performed on the radar bracket and other components. The whole process is controlled by PLC, supporting the independent operation of multiple systems, equipped with heating and surface protection devices to prevent cracks and surface damage, and ensure the product pass rate.
